How PNG to PDF Conversion Works
- Add one or more PNG files (you can also paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V).
- Arrange the pages in order.
- Pick page size, orientation and margin.
- Keep Best quality, or choose a size limit if you need a light PDF.
- Convert and download.
Sharp Text From Screenshots
With Best quality, PNG images are placed in the PDF as PNG, so text in screenshots and line art stays crisp. If you choose a size limit such as Under 200 KB, the pictures are stored as compressed JPG inside the PDF to make the file lighter. A transparent background becomes white in the PDF.
Where PNG to PDF Is Useful
- Sending chat or payment screenshots as one proof file.
- Combining scanned notes or assignment pages.
- Turning a poster, certificate design or invitation into a printable PDF.
For JPG photos too, use the main Image to PDF converter, which accepts every image type.
Making a Small PNG to PDF for Forms
PNG screenshots are sharp but heavy, so a PDF of several screenshots can become a few MB. If a form or email has a limit, choose Under 300 KB, Under 200 KB or Under 100 KB. The converter stores the pages as compressed images and lowers their quality and resolution only as much as needed to fit. If the text becomes hard to read, crop the screenshots first or pick a bigger limit.
